Come and explore Hay Castle with its director Tom True, who will introduce the history and invite you to get to know some of the characters from the castle’s past. He’ll also talk about running Hay Castle for the past three years.

Hay Castle, located in Hay-on-Wye, Wales, has a rich history dating back to the 12th century. Originally built by Norman invaders, the castle has seen various transformations over the centuries, including periods of fortification and residential use. It played a significant role during the medieval conflicts and later became a private residence.

Today, Hay Castle stands as a symbol of the town’s heritage and is a popular site for visitors interested in heritage and culture.

Tours are limited to 20 people and take about 45mins to an hour.
The tour costs £15 per person.
