On Saturday and Sunday, May 9 and 10, from 11 till 5, the mill and press at Fair Oak Farm in Bacton HR2 0AT will be open to visitors; and Featherstone, the young mill horse, will be offering dray rides.
Fair Oak’s prize-winning ciders, made in the only horse-powered mill in the UK, will be available to taste and buy. A Thai buffet, prepared by Sunanta Garlick, will be on offer. Admission is free, but donations to the Laurie Engel Fund for Teenage Cancer Trust will be welcomed. Parking in the field at the top of the drive. What three words: Mute.braked.brisk.
