Walk Leominster’s Anglo Saxon history

Led by Leominster Heritage Guides, a special series of walking tours will be running during the ‘Vikings at the Priory’ exhibition.
A walking tour exploring the Anglo Saxon history of Leominster. Starting from Leominster Information Centre every Wednesday at 2pm and every Saturday at 11am during the ‘Vikings at the Priory’ exhibition. £5pp.

A special guided walking tour of Leominster focused on the town before the Normal conquest and its redevelopment following the re-founding of the Priory in 1125.

This tour has been curated especially to illuminate the Viking and Anglo-Saxon influences on the town’s past.

The 90 minute walks begin at the Information Centre in Corn Square on
