A Minibus Tour featuring the Hereford and Gloucester Canal in Herefordshire.
Saturday 9th May 10am until mid afternoon
Start – Aylestone Park, Hereford
Cost £29 – to include a sandwich and chips lunch at a local pub.
Starting at Aylestone Park with a walk along to the Aylestone tunnel entrance, the tour will drive to various stops, most with short walks, to view features of interest along the line of the H&G canal in the county.
A tour guide will tell you about the history of the canal and how restoration of the canal is progressing.
Free car parking at Aylestone Park.
Please wear sturdy walking footwear. No dogs. Unfortunately, the trip is not suitable for wheelchair users.
