Sutton Walls hillfort is one if the most important and intriguing hillfort in Herefordshire.
From the Iron Age to the early Medieval period, and again in the past 100 years, it has gained a prominence that most other hillforts in the county have not shared.
This talk will review history and archaeology of the site, its current situation and possible future, outlining the work of Sutton Walls Conservation Group.
