We are Open Arms Kington. In early 2023 we bought The Oxford Arms, a Grade II listed former coaching inn, which we’re transforming into a community hub with café, bar, and B&B accommodation. Together, we’re creating a place where everyone can feel a sense of “belonging”, and where good things happen every day.
And to celebrate Herefordshire Histories Festival, on 9 May, Richard Wheeler will be giving a talk at 1.00pm. He is author of The Old Words of Herefordshire (published by Logaston Press).
There will also be an exhibition, open from 12.00 to 4.00pm. The bar and café will b open throughout. We hope you can join us for an interesting afternoon.
