Come and explore the hidden strong rooms where many of Herefordshire’s most precious historical written treasures are carefully stored and get a glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes (and some historical gems too).
Anglo Saxon Weaving Workshop
Join the ECHO Weavers to learn Anglo-Saxon and Viking spinning and weaving techniques using simple equipment. Drop-in workshops take place in Leominster Priory 10am – 3pm each Friday of the ‘Vikings at the Priory’
Ethelbert Lecture: Foreign Monks and Political Tensions
Saturday 16 May, 4 pm – 5 pm | College Hall. The lecture begins at 4pm but everyone is welcome to join us from 3.30pm for refreshments. This is a free event, but booking is essentialÂ
